Fans of The Mummy will be able to try out the new The Mummy: Tomb of the Dragon Emperor Video Game Demo if they take their Nintendo DS to the Florida park from July 11, 2008.

The game, which is based on the upcoming movie release, can be downloaded from The Arcade – located next to The Mummy ride.

The game features Rick, Alex and the rest of the O’Connell family as they fight to save the world from the evil shape-shifting Dragon Emperor of China. Fight off supernatural enemies and ancient terracotta warriors while exploring ancient tombs and avoiding dangerous traps on your quest to put an end to the Emperor’s evil plans.

This seems like a great idea – demo the game while standing in the long lines created by the removal of the Express machines (sorry – I’m still bitter about that!)
