Disney Wonder to Homeport in LA from 2011
If you’re looking for an affordable Disney cruise and you live on the West Coast then today’s announcement from the Disney Cruise Line might be of interest to you. From 2011 Disney plans to homeport the Disney Wonder in Los Angeles.
A tentative deal has been struck with the Port of Los Angeles for a two-year deal which will give West Coasters the chance to take an affordable Disney cruise without having to worry about travel costs to Orlando.
The Disney Wonder will be replaced at Port Canaveral by the new Disney Dream, one of the two cruise liners currently being built in Germany. The other new ship is called the Disney Fantasy and she is scheduled to sail from Port Canaveral from 2012. No decision has yet been made about what that means for the Disney Magic.

P.S. Do you want to know the secret to being able to get the most out of your Disney World vacation? It's the one thing that the majority of guests don't know about, but that can allow you to see more in one morning than everyone else can experience in their entire trip. Click here to find out more
