Disney Interactive Studios have announced the launch of Disney Sing It – the karaoke video game that will let you challenge your friends to a singing contest – with authentic songs and videos from Hollywood Record artists, Disney Channel tv programmes and Disney Channel Original movies. You’ll be able to perform to songs from Camp Rock, High School Musical, Hannah Montana, Miley Cyrus, Jesse McCartney, Aly & AJ and more.

“Disney Sing It is the only karaoke game on the market that enables friends to compete and sing to current hits from today’s top Disney artists,” said Craig Relyea, senior vice president of global marketing, Disney Interactive Studios. “Families are demanding quality games for their home consoles, and Disney Sing It delivers a great karaoke experience paired with genuine music videos from today’s favorite Disney properties and artists in a fun, social game for playing with friends, at parties or on family game nights.”

The game will be available on all major consoles and feature:

  • 35 songs
  • multiplayer modes – including duet, player versus player and team play
  • vocal exercises to help improve your singing skills
  • New songs and bonus content will be available on the Xbox Live and Playstation Networks

If you’re looking for some light entertainment during the Holiday season then this might be worth adding to the list.
