Block Party Bash slims down for the summer
I haven’t had a chance to see the new Block Party Bash parade over at Disney’s Hollywood Studios yet -- but I hear it’s an energetic affair. With the Florida afternoons now getting hotter the parade has been scaled back for the summer months.
The music has been edited in places to remove a couple of the songs -- making the parade a little shorter and giving the performers some relief from the heat and humidity. The final dance routine has also been cut.
The good news is that the guys at Orlando Sentinel are reporting that the parade doesn’t suffer for it’s summer diet -- and that the full parade will return when the weather cools down later in the year.
