Disney Dream remy Disney Cruise Line to Create Gourmet Eatery

Remy to delight guests with eight courses

USA Today are reporting the latest news about the Disney Dream. The new Disney Cruiseline ship which will debut in January 2011 will feature an adults-only restaurant overseen by a Michelin two-star chef.

Chef Arnaud Lallement from l’Assiette Champenoise, a Michelin two-star restaurant outside Reims, France, and Chef Scott Hunnel from the award-winning Victoria & Albert’s restaurant at Walt Disney World’s Grand Floridian, are working together to design the new restaurant which will be known as Remy.

The restaurant will be located on the top deck and offer spectacular ocean views and will be the cruiseline’s first ever premier dining option. Guests will experience a signature chilled Champagne cocktail, followed by eight to nine small courses. The price of this lavish meal has yet to be agreed.
