Introducing Pirates of the Caribbean Beach Resort

Walt Disney World has revealed plans to retheme some of the rooms at Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort after the popular Prates of the Caribbean ride/movies/games franchise.
The pirate theme will be introduced to 384 rooms in the Trinidad South Village Area during 2009. The resort itself has a total of 2,112 rooms.
Guests can expect to see ship shaped beds, dressers disguised as old crates and tattered sails for curtains. I can imagine that this will boost the number of guests wishing to stay at this moderate resort.
Magic Your Way Quick Service Dining
In other news, Disney has announced changes to its Magic Your Way plan, with guests being offered a Quick Service Dining option from January 11, 2009. Guests will be able to get two quick-service meals and two snacks for each night of their stay in a Disney resort hotel, plus a refillable drink mug for unlimited refills of non-alcoholic beverages at Disney resort hotels.
30 minute play cards
Guests who book directly through the Walt Disney World Travel Company will receive a 30 minute play-card for use in the Resort hotel video arcades.
